- Develop working knowledge of the organizationâs policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
- Identify potential customers by using publicly available lists such as trade directories and internet searches
- Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports
- Produce, update and provide best practice support on MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues
- Provide advanced product/service information related to MAG brands
- Receive and screen visitors answering routine questions, providing them with information or directing their requests elsewhere
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Corporate Training Adequate university degree Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum Experience: Job specific Skills: - Customer focus
