- Develop sales plans to meet targets in retail/wholesale markets.
- Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge and techniques.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the tyre industry.
- Ensure inventory management aligns with demand forecasts.
Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive field.
- 4+ years in sales supervision, preferably in tyres/automotive sectors.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Familiarity with tyre brands, specifications, and after-sales services.
