The candidate should be energetic, proactive, and customer-focused, with a clear ability to promote and sell Globus Food products while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Promotion: Actively engage with potential customers along your route to promote and sell Globus Food products. Drive sales by delivering products and meeting sales targets.
- Route Management: Efficiently navigate the Kampala area using the provided Tuk Tuk, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality customer interactions.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer any queries, and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed a daily sales target of UGX 1,000,000. Receive a 2% commission on any sales target achieved.
- Tuk Tuk Maintenance: Ensure the Tuk Tuk is kept in clean, good condition.
While maintenance will be provided by Globus Food, notify management promptly of any issues requiring attention. Daily Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales, payments, and customer feedback. Report to the supervisor at the end of each day. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align with promotional campaigns and drive sales growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Achievement of sales targets.
- Effective marketing campaign execution.
- Accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Regular progress reporting.
Qualifications: - Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Tuk Tuk rider, preferably in sales driven roles.
Experience in food delivery or sales is a plus. - Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Luganda to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Driving Skills: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive a Tuk Tuk safely and efficiently.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue. A strong customer orientation and ability to communicate product value.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work long hours and navigate busy streets while maintaining a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: 400,000 Uganda Shillings base net pay.
- Commission: 2% on sales for any daily target of UGX 1M achieved.
- Food Allowance: A daily food allowance will be provided (Approximately +/- 4,ooo Ugx daily as negotiated by talent with Globus Foods)
- Tuk Tuk Maintenance: The Tuk Tuk used for deliveries will be maintained by Globus Food
