The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of FMCG distribution, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and supermarkets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor activities.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements to management.
Qualifications and Experience: - Diploma or bachelorâs degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within a distribution company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- A valid driving license is an added advantage.
