We are expanding our commercial division and looking for dynamic, results-driven leaders to join our sales force and drive brand growth. Job Summary We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our expanding field sales force. In this role, you will hit the ground running to grow our market footprint, source new wholesale and retail buyers, meet monthly volume targets, and aggressively market our flagship cooking oil, soap, and flour brands. Key Responsibilities - Identify and secure new retail stores, supermarkets, mini-marts, and wholesale distributors to expand product placement.
- Conduct daily route-to-market field visits to collect orders, upsell new lines, and manage client product volumes.
- Achieve or exceed established individual weekly and monthly sales volume and revenue metrics.
- Monitor product shelf visibility, arrange point-of-sale displays, and ensure stock freshness across assigned territories.
- Collect and report live field market intelligence, competitor price movements, and stock deficit metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Deliver accurate sales receipts, verify cash or mobile money invoices, and manage credit metrics responsibly.
Requirements & Qualifications - Industry Experience: Direct field experience selling fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Prior experience in the direct distribution and sales of Cooking Oil, Soap, and Flour is a major competitive advantage.
- Verification: Must possess a verifiable, documented employment history reference from previous employers.
- Attributes: High self-motivation, resilient target-driven mindset, excellent persuasive communication, and a profound understanding of route-to-market dynamics.
