Role Overview We are searching for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our small, innovative team in Kampala. This full-time position offers a formal work environment where collaborative and results-driven efforts thrive, reporting directly to the Team Leader. Position Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: Kampala Reporting Structure: Reports to Team Leader Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy based on organizational objectives, market characteristics, and cost/markup factors. Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets and return-on-investment projections. Develop pricing strategies that balance firm objectives with customer satisfaction. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products. Negotiate contracts with vendors to establish distribution networks. Consult with buying personnel to understand market demands. Requirements Essential Qualifications Post-secondary Diploma in a related field1-2 years of relevant experience Required Skills: Speaking, Active Learning, Persuasion, Negotiation, Time Management Preferred Qualifications Preferred Skills: Active Listening, Coordination, Management of Personnel Resources Beneficial Experience: Directing hiring and training of sales staff, coordinating promotional activities - Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy based on organizational objectives, market characteristics, and cost/markup factors.
