The Sales Personnel will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, expanding our distribution network and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS - Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Mass Communication/Journalism.
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to travel frequently within Uganda
- Experience in sales is an added advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell company products to existing and new customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
- Represent the company professionally at all times
