Application Deadline: 30th November, 2025 Deed Microfinance is expanding its operations and seeking three (3) energetic, ambitious and target-driven Sales Officers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about financial inclusion, customer service and community empowerment, this is your chance to build a fulfilling career with us. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Market and promote Deed Microfinance loan products to individuals and small businesses.
- Prospect and onboard new clients in assigned locations.
- Conduct preliminary loan assessments and collect required documentation.
- Build strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve set weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor client compliance and ensure timely loan repayments.
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Microfinance, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Previous sales or field marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive ability.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in the field and meet clients regularly.
- Ability to work independently while delivering results.
