The plant will convert waste tyres and plastics into pyrolysis oil and other sustainable fuels, contributing to industrial energy solutions and circular economy development. We invite applications from highly competent, disciplined, and results-oriented individuals to fill the following positions: Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth through market development, customer acquisition, and relationship management for pyrolysis oil and related products. Key Result Areas: - Sales targets and revenue objectives are achieved and exceeded.
- New markets and customer segments are identified and developed.
- Customer relationships are effectively managed to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Pricing strategies, contracts, and sales agreements are developed and executed.
- Market intelligence and competitive insights are gathered and utilized.
- Coordination with operations ensures timely and efficient product delivery.
Requirements: Applicants must possess a Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three (3) yearsâ experience in B2B or industrial sales is required. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills are essential. - Sales targets and revenue objectives are achieved and exceeded.
