Key Responsibilities: - Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, boilers, ventilation).
- Ensure environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure) meet production and storage requirements.
- Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize system downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC malfunctions promptly.
- Adjust control systems and monitor sensors to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with production teams as required.
Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with HVAC training/certification.
- 2–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (regulated industries preferred).
- Familiarity with HVAC control systems (e.g., BMS).
