Our Client is the leading online casino committed to providing exceptional crash gaming experiences. They are expanding their team and seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
â Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
â Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
â Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
â Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and affiliates.
â Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
â Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
â Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
â Proven experience as a Sales expert or similar role in the betting, gaming, or entertainment industry.
â Strong leadership and team management skills.
â Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
â Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
â Strategic thinker with a good understanding of the Ugandan betting market.
â Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
