The incumbent will lead sales strategy execution to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage distribution networks across assigned territories. Working Station: Bugolobi, Kampala â Uganda KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Lead and supervise field sales teams
- Drive sales forecasting and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure achievement of sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and trade partners
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
EXPERIENCE - Minimum 5 yearsâ FMCG sales experience
- 2â3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven distributor and key account management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong analytical and reporting ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
