We focus on building and scaling client relationships, optimizing strategies, and equipping our team with tools that enhance performance and customer experience. By working with this team, youâll contribute to Boda Guyâs growth in Uganda while learning how to influence industry change in mobility and logistics. Responsibilities - Support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients (creators, SMEs, and enterprise partners).
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Help optimize sales processes using data insights and feedback.
- Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Track, record, and analyze customer interactions in CRM tools.

Program Structure â What to Expect Week 1: Get onboarded with our tools, processes, and culture. Meet your team and connect with fellow interns. Weeks 2â9: Participate in events, workshops, and real projects where youâll make tangible contributions. Ongoing: Work closely with a mentor who will support you, provide feedback, and guide your growth. Week 10: Wrap-up presentations to showcase your project outcomes and lessons learned. Who Should Apply? - University students or recent graduates interested in tech, mobility, logistics, sales, or marketing.
- Curious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and social platforms.
