SALES EXECUTIVES

Aged 26 to 32 with 2–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administtation, Sales, or related field.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer needs and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and follow up effectively.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical products (Valves, Fittings, etc.).
• NOTE: Preferably candidates who live near our job location.
• Willingness to travel within Uganda for business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare sales presentations and product demos.
• Conduct market research to identify leads.
• Negotiate sales accounts and relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback.
