The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, selling travel packages, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, customizing travel experiences for customers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key performance areas: Sales and Client Relations: ⢠Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, travel agents, and corporate partners. ⢠Sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, guided tours, and transportation. ⢠Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, and create personalized itineraries. ⢠Provide detailed and accurate information about destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance. ⢠Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. ⢠Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research and Promotion: ⢠Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and competitor offerings. ⢠Promote special offers, seasonal packages, and group travel deals to prospective customers. ⢠Collaborate with the marketing team to organize campaigns, promotional events, and social media outreach. ⢠Represent the company at travel expos, trade shows, and networking events. Customer Support: ⢠Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. ⢠Ensure smooth communication with service providers, including hotels, airlines, and transport companies, to deliver seamless travel experiences. ⢠Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa applications and itinerary confirmations. Key Skills and Education Qualifications: ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or any related course. ⢠Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry. ⢠Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, travel trends, and tour packages. ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ⢠Proficiency in CRM software and travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo). ⢠Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. ⢠High attention to detail and organizational skills. ⢠Passion for travel and creating memorable customer experiences.
