The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the agricultural and transport sectors. Key Responsibilities - Drive tractor sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications - Bachelorâs degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2â3 years of sales experience (preferably in tractors, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicles).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
- Valid driving license.
