The company seeks young dynamic professionals that will be responsible for selling Bella products, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The responsibilities will include prospecting for new clients, managing existing customer relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. As the face of the company, the sales executives are expected to comply with the standard codes of conduct, representing the brand and building trust with customers. Specifically, the roles and responsibilities include: - Work with the sales manager to develop sales strategies and set up goals.
- Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
- Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
- Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
- Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
- Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
- Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data. Ensuring the client database is up to date.
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Submitting timely sales reports that illustrate the performance for the given period.
- Taking part in trainings and team meetings.
Sales Executive Requirements - Degree / Diploma in business administration or relevant field
- At Least 1 year of experience in sales
- Driving permit
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Brilliant presentation skills
- Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office and sales software
