The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with proven sales experience to promote, design, and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and related water/energy solutions
- Meet with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Design basic solar system proposals and provide technical support to customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Stay updated on solar technologies, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in sales
- Hands-on experience in solar or water-related projects/activities
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of solar systems and related components
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills - Experience in solar PV system sizing and basic design
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
