Weâre looking for a Sales Engineer who has a passion for SPIS and feels comfortable with a GPS tool in a muddy field presenting a proposal to the customer. What Youâll Do 1. Design customer solutions - Site surveys: Visit customer location to assess water, soil, topography.
- Design custom Solar Powered Irrigation Systems (SPIS) that actually solve the customer's problems.
- Build accurate BOQs and quotes that balance quality with the clientâs budget.
2. Sales & Customer Support - Turn complex technical data into a clear solution for our clients.
- Manage the full journey: from the first discussion with the customer to the final system commissioning.
- Be the champion of after-sales support, customer satisfaction is the core of our work.
3. Logistics and Coordination - Sourcing materials from suppliers and getting them to the customer site.
- Work hand-in-hand with our technical team to oversee installations and ensure they meet our best standard.
- Train customers and partners so they feel confident operating their new systems.
4. CRM & Strategy - Keep our CRM updated daily
- Track market trends
- Test new products and introduce new solutions to our portfolio
Qualifications: Degree: - A BSc in Irrigation Engineering, Water Resources, or Agricultural Engineering.
Experience: - 2â3 years in the irrigation sector (technical and sales).
- Experienced in BOQ preparation and sourcing/vetting hardware.
- Real-life experience with site surveys and physical installations.
The Tools: - Deep knowledge of solar pumping and water distribution.
- Experienced in AutoCAD, Google Earth, and GPS survey tools.
- Excellent skills in Excel and CRM tools.
