- Assist customers in selecting products.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
- Execute field sales activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Guide customers by escorting them to product displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain sales documentation by updating customer profiles.
- Handle financial transactions.
- Process payments (cash, checks, credit/debit cards).
- Report potential security concerns to management.
- Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Inform clients about sales and upcoming merchandise of interest.
Qualifications and Experience: - Business-related Degree
- 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG
