JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and maintenance for the ride-booking app and associated IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage system upgrades, software updates, and data backups.
• Develop and implement IT security protocols to protect company data.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the app runs smoothly.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the transport or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of software development and app maintenance.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
