Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving the sales team towards high performance
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Defining optimal sales force structure
Preparing Budgets
Identifying Sales Opportunities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Competences Required:

Goal setting and planning
Strategic Planning
Sales coaching and mentoring
Sales forecasting and pipeline management
Relationship building and networking Data analysis and reporting.
