Job Description: Duya Discoveries is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for travel and tourism. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by attracting new clients, promoting our travel services, and developing lasting relationships with potential and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Duya Discoveries’ travel and tour packages to individual clients, couples, groups, schools, churches, corporate companies and businesses.
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing, direct outreach, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their travel needs.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide market feedback to help improve service offerings and customer experience.
Job Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of tour and travel products, destinations, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Flexibility to work with different customer demands.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel and tourism is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms for promotion and lead generation is an added advantage.
Compensation: - This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential.
-  You will earn a percentage of the total sales generated through your efforts, with higher commission rates for exceeding sales targets.
