We design, build, and operate environmentally friendly water supply and irrigation systems that improve lives in rural communities. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in reaching farmers, communities, and institutions with our affordable, inclusive water and irrigation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential customers in your community
- Promote and sell Irrisolâs water and irrigation solutions
- Educate clients on our Pay-As-You-Go model
- Support in onboarding new clients and collecting customer feedback
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on progress
Minimum Requirements: - At least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Water Engineering, Business, or any related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, community outreach, or customer engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must be able to use a smartphone for basic reporting
