KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist customers with betting transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
- Accurately handle cash and maintain proper transaction records.
- Promote Bwinbet products, services and available promotions to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional betting shop environment.
- Follow company procedures, cash-handling guidelines and responsible gaming requirements.
- Support daily sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the outlet.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of a Diploma in any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the betting industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Honest, reliable, organized and results-oriented.
