- Manage reservations.
- Escort guests to tables.
- Coordinate waiting lists during peak periods.
- Respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain reception cleanliness.
- Collaborate with service staff for smooth seating.
Qualifications - Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
