Key Responsibilities The Reservation Assistant will be responsible for: - Receiving and handling booking requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Managing customer inquiries related to tours and travel.
- Accurately entering booking details into the reservation system.
- Providing professional and timely customer support.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: - A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management.
- Experience in hotel management or tours & travel is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-discipline and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work well in a team.
