Its Vision is “A Recognized Centre of Globally Competitive Educational Assessment and Certification” and its mission is “Conduct Valid, Reliable, Equitable and Quality Assessment of Learners’ Achievement in a Professional and Innovative Manner and Award Internationally Recognized Certificates.”

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create assessment tools for English language proficiency at various levels.
• Conduct pilot tests and analyze results to refine instruments.
• Maintain consistency in language testing standards.
• Contribute to the design of national examinations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or Linguistics.
• Experience in language assessment or curriculum development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
