This role is responsible for managing the in-country RMEL team, overseeing data collection and analysis, ensuring high-quality reporting, and supporting continuous learning and improvement across Adara’s MNCH programmes. The RMEL Manager will also represent Adara in donor and partner meetings and contribute to global knowledge sharing and academic publishing. ABOUT YOU - A bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Science, Research or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Health, Research, Evaluation, MNCH, or International Development
- Demonstrated experience in managing RMEL activities, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and presenting
