Request for Proposals tender at Ministry of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs

1. The Office of the President - Ministry of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs has received funding from the World Bank and the French Development Agency for implementation of the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area - Urban Development Program (GKMA-UDP).
2. Entebbe Municipal Council as the leading procuring entity together with the participating entity of Nansana Municipal Council invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

3. The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Department, Entebbe Municipal Council, Explorer Court Building Plot 2B Berkeley Road from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays.
4. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 29th September 2026 starting at 10:00am Entebbe Municipal Council office, Explorer Court Building Plot 2B Berkeley Road.
5. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00 am on 23rd October 2026 at the address in 3 above.

7. The procurements by Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs Nansana Municipal Council and Entebbe Municipal Council are regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
