CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an oil and gas exploration and production company, and Operator of the Kingfisher Development Area located in Hoima and Kikwube Districts. REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF GENERAL INSTRUMENTATION SPARE PARTS FOR KINGFISHER EQUIPMENT (RFP-CUL-LD-00809) CNOOC invites expression of Interest (EOI) from Professional Competent Companies for Supply of General Instrumentation Spare Parts for Kingfisher Equipment on called-out basis as and when needed. The scope of work duly includes The supplier shall be required to: -
The contractor shall purchase and deliver the requested Instrumentation Spare Parts for Kingfisher Equipment at Kingfisher oilfield warehouse in good condition and in case of any defects on the spares, the contractor will return them and deliver new items in good condition. -
The contractor shall be responsible for repair of any defects that arise from the supplied components during the warranty period. -
Ensure that all items supplied are as per the specification of the scope of supply. -
Provide a warranty period of all supplies of six (6) months from time of delivery. Interested bidders shall submit via the Company E-system documentation detailing the minimum requirements outlined below. Note Additional supporting or miscellaneous information may be provided as necessary. Minimum Requirements: a) Registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector. b) Experience of QHSE policy, procedure and process in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations, the IFC Performance Standards and the international industry standards; c) Performance and/or provision of similar services, in Uganda, East Africa or international; d) Suitably qualified and experienced personnel; e) Operational capacity to provide the scope of services and equipment in a given package; f) Financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract; g) Compliance with the Local and National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Uganda; h) Possession of relevant certification/licensing from national and international bodies; i) Preference shall be given to suitably qualified in-country registered entities demonstrating a commitment to statutory National Content requirements or oil and gas operations. j) Bidders should strictly comply with Regulation 9 (Priority of Ugandan goods and services during procurement) and Regulation 10 (Contracts or goods and services to be exclusively provided by Ugandan citizens and companies) of THE PETROLEUM EXPLORATION DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION (NATIONAL CONTENT) REGULATIONS, 2016. Any non-compliance may lead to direct disqualification. And bidders should solely bear all the risks and consequences caused by the non-compliance. k) Parent company and its subsidiary are not allowed to participate in the bidding for the same lot (section) of a tender, or a tender not splitting into lots (sections). Otherwise, both the parent company and its subsidiaryâs bidding proposals shall be treated as null and void. The minimum requirements shall be submitted through the Company E-system as follows: i. Once your account is ready from step-1 above, login into the system to access the published tenders by downloading and uploading PQ documents not later than 8 Jul, 2026 by 10:00 AM EAT. iv. Only bidders who successfully and timely submit PQ documents into the system shall be considered for PQ evaluation. v. Only bidders that successfully pass the PQ stage, shall receive Request for Proposal. vi.
