CIVIL WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER AT PENTECOSTAL ASSEMBLIES OF GOD CHURCH IN KITGUM TOWN

1. Pentecostal Assemblies of God Uganda, in partnership with Compassion International Uganda, secured funding for the construction of a Vocational Training Center at the PAG Church in Kitgum Town.

2. Pentecostal Assemblies of God Uganda now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the above works. Details on the above works are provided in the bidding document, which can ONLY be accessed upon payment of UGX 100,000 (Ugandan Shillings One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) to the account number below:

   Once payment is made, provide proof of payment to our contact person, Aringo Jennifer, at phone number 0789874957, who will issue a receipt. The bidding document will then be sent to you.

3. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11:00 a.m. Ugandan time on Tuesday, 30th June 2026.

   • Electronic Bidding will not be permitted.

   • Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on the 30th June 2026, at the address below:

     P.O. Box 92, Kitgum, Uganda

4. All bidders and/or their representatives are encouraged to attend the public opening of received bids.

5. The successful bidder will be required to:

   • Submit bid security of UGX 100,000,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Million Only) before signing the contract.

   • Sign a safeguarding and child protection commitment.
