RELEASE OF ADDENDUM 1 TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE FOR NMS CORPORATION ASSETS: TENDER REF: NMS/NCONS/25-26/00021

Reference is made to the advert of the above tender that appeared on 17th December 2025 in the New Vision with a bid closing date of 27th January 2026.

Reference is also made to the pre-bid minutes dated 23rd January 2026 against which the bid closing date was extended to 10th February 2026.

This is to inform all participating bidders of the release of addendum 1 where some policies under the statement of requirements have been reviewed.

Participating bidders are requested to collect the document of the policies that has been reviewed starting from 5th February 2026 at 8:00am.

The bid closing date has been extended from 10th February to 17th February 2026 at 11:00am.
