Pride aims at transforming lives responsibly by focusing on three High Impact Goals: boosting sustainable agricultural value, growing sustainable SMEs to drive economic transformation and fostering economic resilience through financial inclusion while offering innovative financial and non-financial solutions to people at the base of the economic pyramid and serving customers through 42 networked branches and 5 contact offices across the country. Relationship Officers – Group Banking (Western): The Relationship Officer – Group Banking will be reporting to the Relationship Manager and is responsible for recruiting of clients and visiting prospective clients’ homes and businesses to assess credit worthiness. Specific responsibilities: - Marketing the Group lending product.
- Client sensitization and training.
- Preparation of credit applications for credit committees according to policy.
- Loan disbursement according to policy.
- Follow- up and recovery of loans according to policy.
- Ensuring proper filing of all Group Lending documentation.
Person Specifications: - Should be willing to work in any part of the country where Pride operates.
- Should be ready to challenge themselves to continuously deliver exceptional performance.
- Should be computer literate, highly motivated, innovative and a self-starter.
- Should have excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should possess leadership skills.
- Should be honest, trustworthy and have a high degree of integrity.
- Should be fluent in commonly used local languages in the respective regions.
- Should not be more than 40 years of age.
