The Relationship Officer will serve as a key link between the company and customers by understanding customer needs, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Relationship Management The successful candidate will be expected to: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Engage customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide timely, professional, and customer-focused support.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as required.
2. Sales and Business Development The successful candidate will be expected to: - Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
- Promote and sell Letshego Uganda products and services to meet assigned targets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, customer outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
3. Customer Service and Support The successful candidate will be expected to: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Guide customers through application processes and service requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and company policies.
4. Market Engagement and Reporting The successful candidate will be expected to: - Conduct market visits to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain daily activity reports and provide updates to supervisors.
