Responsibilities /Key Deliverables - Develop and manage a pipeline of High Net-Worth SME & Corporate customers to avoid end-of-period panics.
- Aggressively recruit new High Net-Worth SME & Corporate customers while retaining and managing existing relationships to support the Bank’s growth in balance sheet and profitability.
- Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Participate in community events and networking activities to increase the bank’s awareness and presence in the community.
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking, credit analysis, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry
- Relevant knowledge in credit analysis and documentation
- Proven business analysis experience.
