Key Duties and Responsibilities: Â Â :
- To grow market share for the diaspora segment by building an effective sales plan for an increased customer base, assets, liabilities, earnings and usage of diaspora bank products and services.
- To ensure the customer relationships are well maintained for the designated portfolio as a retention strategy and increased wallet share.
- Plan, manage and execute campaigns in international markets with high customer potential.
- Develop and execute appropriate plans to retain and grow the bank’s strategic partnerships within the diaspora market.
- Analyze market intelligence across competitors, global markets and champion development of innovative products for the diaspora clientele.
- Drive quality service delivery to Diaspora customers through the agreed bank service level agreements.
- Create product awareness through training programs, support to the bank staff and sales team with an aim of increasing product uptake.
- Maintain a quality diaspora portfolio within the acceptable credit risk exposure.
- Onboard additional digital International Money Transfers to ease diaspora customer journey
- Prepare and maintain appropriate management and regulatory report.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Business Administration or related business course
- 3 Years banking experience work experience in
- Customer Relationship Management skills at least 2 years in Diaspora Banking
- Sales and business development Skills
- Compliance and risk management skills
- Market and product management
- Stake holder management
