Start Date: Immediate Reliable Devices UG Limited, registered in 2024 and fully licensed under the laws of Uganda, is a leading device selling company. We are currently distributing Samsung A-Series devices across the country through a unique asset financing scheme, in partnership with Watu Simu Uganda. As part of our nationwide expansion, we are hiring Regional Supervisors to work under the guidance of our Regional Managers. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and well-organized individuals to supervise field agents and ensure day-to-day sales operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and support sales agents within the assigned region.
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies set by the Regional Manager.
- Ensure daily and weekly sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for agents.
- Track stock distribution and ensure accountability.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to the Regional Manager.
- Compile and submit regular field activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and customer financing terms.
- Promote customer satisfaction and retention through excellent field service.
Minimum Qualifications - A Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, distribution, or field supervision.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to travel and work in assigned regions.
- Energetic, hands-on, and ready to work in dynamic environments.
