Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development: Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve regional sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Dealer Network Management: Foster strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring they adhere to company standards, including visual identity, retail standards, and customer care.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
