The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, leading and developing regional teams, executing business strategies, ensuring compliance, and managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities - Deliver regional revenue targets and business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, including budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of GMs and sales teams.
- Develop and execute strategic, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Build and manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and company standards.
- Enforce company policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Prepare and present periodic operational and financial reports.
- Resolve escalated customer, operational, and legal issues promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelorâs degree in business administration or a related field.
- Postgraduate diploma or MBA from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
- 5 yearsâ leadership experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
