This individual will also lead the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions and networks that align with the Collectiveâs mission. They will map key stakeholders, initiate collaborations, and support outreach strategies that expand the Collectiveâs visibility and influence. Requirement/Essential - Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, or program management (mental health, youth leadership, or social justice preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across regions and manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate team meetings that support sharing of learnings, challenges and collaborative problem-solving within regional teams.
- Strong understanding of equity, inclusion, and lived experienceâcentered programming.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and intersectional awareness of identity within the region.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members across regions and time zones.
Desirable - Experience with regional or international partnership development and resource mobilization in youth or mental health spaces.
- Experience providing supervision or oversight for multi-country teams.
- Experience facilitating cross-cultural collaborations and managing virtual, globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities - Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, academic institutions, funders, and networks.
- Design and implement outreach strategies to expand the Collectiveâs visibility, influence, and membership base.
- Represent the Collective at regional and global forums, building recognition of its youth- and lived experienceâcentered approach.
- Support the development of collaborative opportunities (events, campaigns, research partnerships).
- Provide oversight and guidance to regional coordinators and team members to ensure program coherence and quality.
- Support regional teams in relationship management with local stakeholders and organizations.
- Facilitate regular communication between regional teams and the global program team to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing.
- Monitor progress of regional activities and flag challenges or opportunities for program adaptation.
- Ensure outreach and partnership efforts reflect equity, inclusion, and the priorities of marginalized subgroups (e.g., LGBTQIA+, displaced, Indigenous, and disabled youth).
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop external-facing materials (partnership decks, reports, announcements).
- Track and report on partnership and regional engagement outcomes.
