Job Description You will own and refine Cobblestoneâs global recruitment engine by building strong talent pipelines, improving processes and turning exceptional candidates into high-performing colleagues. Your hiring impact will drive our talent acquisition efforts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, directly shaping the success of our trading and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities - Own and enhance the recruitment engine: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding
- Build and curate talent pipelines: Develop proactive, data-driven pipelines for immediate and future roles across multiple functions
- Monitor talent benchmarks and market trends: Track compensation, mobility, and skill-set shifts, translating insights into attraction strategies
- Drive data pipelines and dashboards: Improve ATS usage, Excel or Tableau reporting, and automate repetitive tasks with Python or SQL were useful
- Elevate candidate experience: Deliver a five-star journey through timely communication, rigorous assessments, and compelling offers
- Generate hiring strategies: Present medium- and long-term workforce plans to senior leadership, aligning with growth roadmaps
Requirements Must-Have - Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a track record of closing high-volume cycles across diverse functions and seniority levels
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing talent pipelines for technical and commercial roles
- Professional maturity to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with a remote, international team
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to advise and influence at senior level
- Genuine passion for recruitment as a craft and long-term career
Desirable - Experience recruiting within energy, trading, or financial-services sectors
- Prior exposure to international hiring or visa-sponsorship processes
- Familiarity with Tableau dashboards or advanced sourcing automations (Python, API integrations)
