This role is essential for maintaining a smooth recruitment process and ensuring compliance through effective contractor management. Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Resourcing Lead The job holder is responsible for the following; Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of TAS candidates.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with workforce plans.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding processes including contract preparation, induction scheduling, and documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies (e.g., PAU).
- Ensure that all recruitment statistics are kept up to date (Group reporting, monitoring costs for contractors etc.)
- Provide support in defining, adapting and implementing any HR policies and procedures for the Resourcing section.
- Reporting: Provide support in the preparation of periodic reports as per stakeholder needs.
Payroll Administration - Supervise and Coordinator the TAS Contracting Agencies to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions monthly.
- Track and follow up on invoices and payment schedules regularly to ensure payments and any errors are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of TAS employee payroll data.
- Assist in resolving payroll-related queries from TAS staff and TAS Agencies.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to TAS Agencies payroll and compensation.
- Coordinate the payment of TAS performance incentives and other related client initiatives.
Contractor & Agency Management - Oversee TAS contractor performance according to the Framework scope, focusing on onboarding, performance management, training and development, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Ensure TAS agency compliance by setting KPIs and conducting evaluations through regular reviews, quarterly progress meetings, Quarterly TAS Engagements, and other methods to maintain compliance and performance standards.
- Coordinate and participate in TAS Audits and generate the resultant reports.
- Monitor the budgets for and utilization of TAS contract management resources.
Track and update Purchase Orders (POs) and agency invoices. - Participate in and contribute to the procurement process of establishing a framework agreement with TAS Companies.
Person Specification Education, Training, Skills & Experience Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelorâs degree in human resources management, Business Administration or a related field.
- A Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in a human resources function with specific experience in staff resourcing and payroll management
- Strong organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, diplomacy. Ability to work with a network of correspondents internally as well as externally
- Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment with a variety of tasks to be performed, emergency situations to be resolved, multicultural environment. Autonomy is required.
