JOB DETAILS: Key Purpose of the Role The Recruitment and Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through effective recruitment strategies, relationship-building, and marketing efforts. The officer will handle the recruitment process, develop and nurture client relationships, and use social media marketing to attract candidates and clients. This role requires someone who is proactive, results-oriented, and skilled in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Source and Recruit Candidates: • Identify and attract potential candidates for clients through jobseeker’s channels. • Make use of the company’s huge database of potential candidates to meet clients’ needs. Training and Onboarding: • Coordinate and oversee the training of workforce to be placed to ensure they meet company standards. • Facilitate onboarding and placement processes for selected candidates. Candidate Database Management: • Manage the company’s huge database of potential candidates for immediate and future placements. • Ensure accurate records and updates on all candidate interactions. Business Development Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Identify and approach potential clients (corporate companies, NGOs, households, factories, etc.) to present Lafab Solutions' services. Business Deals and Proposals: • Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients. • Negotiate terms of agreements and close business deals that align with the company’s goals. Marketing and Social Media Management Social Media Marketing: • Develop and execute social media strategies to attract potential candidates and clients. • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and testimonials, to showcase recruitment services and success stories. • Monitor and analyze social media performance to improve reach and engagement. Marketing Campaigns: • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote Lafab Solutions’ services. • Leverage email marketing, digital ads, and community outreach to drive client acquisition and candidate recruitment. Sales and Revenue Generation Lead Generation: • Research and identify opportunities for business expansion and new partnerships. • Approach and convert leads into long-term clients. Revenue Goals: • Work towards meeting sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Reporting and Analysis • Prepare monthly reports on recruitment, social media, and business development activities. • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve performance. Required Qualifications and Skills Educational Background • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. • Experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or marketing. • Proven track record in social media marketing, lead generation, and client relationship management. Skills and Competencies • Strong social media marketing skills with proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close business deals. • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships. • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of designing and executing marketing campaigns. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media analytics tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of candidates successfully recruited and placed. • Social media engagement and reach metrics. • Number of new clients acquired. • Revenue generated from new and repeat business. • Client satisfaction and retention rates.
