The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for applicants by managing front desk operations, guiding customers, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Front Desk Operations â Welcome applicants, verify appointments, and manage queue tokens.
- Customer Support â Guide applicants on visa procedures and respond to basic inquiries professionally.
- Queue Management â Direct applicants to the correct counters and ensure smooth applicant flow.
- Compliance & Confidentiality â Maintain data confidentiality and follow SOPs and security guidelines.
- Administrative Support â Maintain daily logs, basic reports, and support operational activities.
Requirements Education: - Minimum: High School Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree preferred.
Experience: - 1â2 years of customer service or front-office experience
- Experience in travel, visa, airport, or service-center environments preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office and system usage skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
