In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for visitors and callers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities - Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a tidy, presentable reception space
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with security procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Liaise with internal departments to relay messages and coordinate requests
- Order and manage office supplies inventory
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent; associateâs or Bachelorâs degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer-facing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Preferred: - Experience with scheduling software or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
