About Organisation:

Seven Ranges Hotel is located in Moroto, Uganda. It offers comfortable accommodations with amenities such as free breakfast, wireless internet access, and a conference center. The hotel features 24 rooms equipped with rain showers, desks, and blackout drapes. Guests can enjoy local cuisine at the on-site restaurant, which serves dishes like matooke and mushroom soup. The hotel also provides complimentary English breakfast and a shuttle service to the nearby airport.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcoming and Check in customer.
Entering customer details in log Book.
Handling Phone for Booking and Answering Query, Followup with customer in Advance Booking like time of arrival etc.
Associate with Housekeeping team to make sure about Room cleaning and before customer checking room should be organized with every customer essential needs.
Reports Supervisor/Manager about everyday booking and Required items in advance.
Working shift will be 50/50 Day/Night rotation

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Preference will be given those Candidates who knows basic computer skills..
Qualification: 2-3 years of Experience with Diploma/Short term course in Hotel Reception
