The ideal candidate is passionate about child-centered education, understands the importance of play in learning, and can create a warm, engaging classroom environment where every child thrives. Key Responsibilities - Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive, play-based lessons for children aged 4â5 years.
- Support holistic child development socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
- Maintain a stimulating, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and record each childâs progress and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on learning progress and wellbeing.
- Foster independence, curiosity, and confidence in every child.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
- Support outdoor learning activities like PE and swimming lessons
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelorâs Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an early years or lower primary setting.
- Experience in EYFS or Montessori Curriculum is an added advantage
- A strong understanding of child development and play-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
- A creative, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Experience with inclusive education and teaching differentiation
