Project: Feasibility Study for the DUCAR Network, Bridges and Drainage Structures covering 12 District Local Governments in the West Nile Region of Uganda, including Adjumani, Arua, Koboko, Madi Okollo, Maracha, Moyo, Nebbi, Obongi, Pakwach, Terego, Yumbe and Zombo. Qualifications and Experience A qualified, chartered or registered quantity surveyor or cost-estimating civil engineer with a degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering or equivalent; at least 5 years’ experience in the cost estimation of road infrastructure, of which at least 2 years as lead quantity surveyor on at least 2 assignments of similar nature, value and complexity. - Qualified, chartered or registered quantity surveyor or cost-estimating civil engineer
