At Napas Agro Processors, is an agribusiness company that is dedicated to improve Uganda’s fruit industry through innovative agro-processing systems and value addition. Since our inception in 2021, we’ve partnered with over 200 farmers and processed thousands of tonnes of fruits into snap juice. Minimum ?ualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Postgraduate certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, CHRM) is an added advantage.
Experience & Skills:
• At least 2 years of experience in human resource management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Uganda’s labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
• Ability to maintain HR records, payroll administration and compliance.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Problem-solving ability and experience in handling workplace conflict
Additional Requirements:
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
